The Frank Report 3.0 #1
If any State is using “mail in” balloting those ballots that are “delivered” by the United States Postal Service, that are not sorted, transported and maintained under the USPS Registered Mail® guidelines they are illegitimate, unverifiable and spoiled ballots. If there is no verifiable “chain of custody” for any ballot delivered to State election facilities by the USPS those ballots are illegitimate, unverifiable and spoiled.
Registered Mail® is the most secure way to send an item through the USPS. Some items regularly sent by registered mail: deeds, wills, registered bonds, jewelry, coins, money orders, stock certificates, or checks; BUT NOT BALLOTS… I mean IT IS an existing service the USPS offers, why not use it, why not have secure balloting….. because if they did that they couldn’t continue to STEAL elections, as easily, as they have the last …. at least since Bush. (the first one)
The Office of the Inspector General of the USPS states they lose about 14.4 million items every year, Wikipedia states that the USPS losses 3% of the mail, which is low ball propaganda by the USPS. According to, The Office of the Inspector General of the USPS, 20 percent of respondents to the Postal Service’s FY 2018 Delivery Survey were DISSATISFIED with their mail delivery, that;s way more than 3%.
The Office of the Inspector General of the USPS also states that Twenty-nine percent of all surface transportation (Postal Service and contractor) trips were late,
almost 9 million mail pieces per day, or 1 percent, were reported as mail processing delays, between 4 and 8 percent of mail transported by air carriers arrived late, 3.25 percent and 2.76 percent of single piece and presort mail, respectively, was not delivered the day it was available for delivery, almost 2 percent of mail received at collection points arrived at processing facilities late.
